Herbs tea. It is very good for the body because it has many antioxidant properties and is recommended when we have a flu. Honey cinnamon tea has some antibacterial properties and can be consumed and cold.
Fruits and vegetables. It is recommended to be consumed, because they are very rich in water, fiber and vitamins C, A and zinc. All of this helps us take care of the body.
